About our equipment: The Remanufactured steppers we sell are completely restored to like new appearance and operation yet typically costs less than half the original price it sold for new. The machines generally are in off of two to three year leases with major gyms. The following is a list of the steps we take depending on the particular unit to ensure like new appearance and performance.

-Machines run through full diagnosis
-Machine stripped down to bare frame
-Frame Sandblasted as called for
-Frames painted/powder-coated as called for.
-New Bearings.
-New Drive Belt/s
-Elevation Motor Re-built or replaced
-Elevation brackets rebuilt or replaced
-New Ramp Covers
-New Wheels & Wheels Bearings
-New bushings
-Flywheels tested and checked and balanced for perfect performance.
-Electronics thoroughly diagnosed, repaired or replaced.
-Computer Console/Overlay is replaced.
-Shroud/s repainted or replaced.
-Covers repainted or replaced
-Arm Covers repainted or replaced
-New handrail Grips.
-Alternators rebuilt or replaced.
-New Decals all round.
-End caps replaced.
-HR Grips are replaced
-Thorough testing through programs and manual modes.
