The purpose of remanufacturing commercial cardio equipment is to restore it to like new condition. This is what we do at our Los Angeles Factory Warehouse. We in essence combine the best of both the online and brick and mortar worlds by providing the efficient and streamlined service and low overhead of a web based company with a production and logistics capabilities of a large brick and mortar operation. The result is lowered costs to you when buying remanufactured equipment. We are primarily in the business of setting up gyms with used gym equipment and are responsible for the machines we produce and deliver from start to finish. We are really the only such production factory who's primary business is directly supplying both the commercial and residential end user with remanufactured product as opposed to flipping of large containers of as-is machines to overseas dealers.

Remanufacturing gym equipment to like new condition is truly an art much like the restoration of a classic car and much more than the process of dissassembling and assembling a machine. In fact if not done right by professionals the result can be a machine that is in worse operating condition than it was beforehand. There are only a few people truly capable of performing such work at a high level and as such they demand adequate compensation for their services. We do not hire laborers at low wage rates who double as warehouse equipment movers and truck unloaders to work on machines. We are the only company in the business that wood crate ships all of ltl shipments of our remanufactured cardio units for the ultimate in shipping protection. We don't use cardboard boxes or rolled cardboard wrap for machines because inside a truck with freight piled to the ceiling of the trailer, freight shifting can cause cardboard to easily crush leaving your valuable purchase inside severely damaged. Our wood crating (as opposed to unassembled packaging in cardboard)creates shipment density which results in lowered freight class which is significantly more determinative of cost than is shipment weight.
